We’re excited to welcome ALVA Lighting to the Luminii family.
ALVA is a California-based architectural lighting manufacturer known for its specification-grade interior and exterior wall scsconces, products you’ll find in some of the most demanding environments, from hospital corridors and patient floors to higher education campuses, multi-family communities, and commercial buildings.
For us, this isn’t just about adding another brand. It’s about strengthening a critical layer of the architectural lighting story: sconces that have to work hard, meet code, last for decades, and still support the design intent of the space.
WHY SCONCES MATTERS
Don’t let the “decorative” label fool you, sconces do far more than add visual interest. U.S. MANUFACTURING AND BABA ALIGNMENT
Another important part of the ALVA story is where their products are made. ALVA manufactures in the United States and supports compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) an increasingly important requirement across healthcare, education, and public-sector projects.
This aligns closely with Luminii’s own LED platform strategy, which is expanding U.S. manufacturing and BABA support across key product families. Together, it strengthens our ability to support projects where domestic sourcing and federal compliance are no longer optional — they’re expected.
WHAT STAYS THE SAME
ALVA will continue to operate under the ALVA brand; with the same leadership team and the same people our customers already know and trust. What changes is the platform behind them: broader engineering resources, deeper technical support, and the scale of Luminii’s manufacturing and sales organization.
